Boknings- och avbokningsvillkor

Effective from 31 July 2026.

1. Booking request and confirmation

A booking request is not a confirmed reservation. Red City Realty checks availability and then sends a final offer stating the price and included services. The reservation becomes binding only after the customer accepts the offer and the agreed payment has been received.

2. Payment

To confirm the reservation, the customer pays a deposit of 25% of the total price. The remaining 75% must be paid no later than 30 calendar days before arrival. If the reservation is made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount must be paid upon confirmation.

3. Cancellation by the customer

The customer may cancel at any time by contacting Red City Realty in writing.

​

For a voluntary cancellation more than 15 calendar days before arrival, the deposit is retained as a cancellation fee. Any additional amounts paid will be refunded after deducting costs already paid to accommodation providers and other suppliers that cannot be recovered.

For a cancellation 15 calendar days or less before arrival, no refund will be made because of payment commitments already made to accommodation providers and other suppliers.

4. Cancellation by Red City Realty

If Red City Realty cancels the reservation, amounts paid by the customer will be refunded unless the customer expressly accepts an alternative arrangement. Mandatory legal rights and rights arising from extraordinary circumstances are not affected by these terms.

5. Acceptance

By paying the deposit or the full amount, the customer confirms that the offer and these booking and cancellation terms have been read and accepted.
